To be eligible for the competition, each submitted video must meet the following conditions:

1. Original Content

• The video must be 100% original, recorded and produced by the participant.
• It must not contain any third-party copyrighted material (such as music tracks, images, logos, or footage) unless the participant holds explicit written permission.

2. Video Duration

• The video must be between 3 to 5 minutes for Football Player & Skills categories.

3. Video Quality

• The video must be clear and high-resolution (minimum HD recommended).
• Good lighting and audible sound if speaking is included.
• No excessive background noise.

4. Content Standards

• No scenes of violence, hate speech, discrimination, adult content, offensive language, or political/religious propaganda.
• Must align with the positive spirit of sports and talent discovery.

5. Participant Identification

• The participant must appear in the video (except for Commentator category if audio-only is submitted).
• It is recommended to state name and playing position at start or end of the video.

6. Editing & Authenticity

• Heavy editing that misrepresents the player's true skill is not allowed.
• Deepfake or AI-generated footage is strictly prohibited.

7. Consent & Permissions

• If other people appear, the participant must have their clear permission.
• Parental consent is required for participants under 18 years old.

8. Single Submission

• Only one video per category per competition cycle.

9. Submission Deadline

• Video must be uploaded within the official entry period.
• Late submissions will not be considered.

10. Legal Disclaimer

• Football Talents Show reserves the right to reject or remove any video violating these requirements without prior notice.
• By submitting, participant grants Football Talents Show full rights to use, edit, and publish the video.

Consent & Undertaking Memorandum

I, the undersigned participant (or parent/legal guardian if under 18), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Clause 1 - Accuracy of Information

I confirm that all information provided in the registration form is true, complete, and up to date. I take full responsibility for any false or misleading information.

Clause 2 - Ownership of Video

I confirm that the uploaded video is my original work and does not contain any copyrighted materials (such as music, images, logos, or footage) belonging to third parties without proper written permission.

Clause 3 - License to Football Talents Show

I expressly grant Football Talents Show a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, display, broadcast, distribute, and otherwise exploit the video and any submitted materials in any format or media, existing now or developed in the future.

Clause 4 - Waiver of Financial Claims

I acknowledge that I will not claim any financial compensation, royalties, or fees for the use, publication, or promotion of my video, name, voice, or image related to the competition, sponsorships, or advertisements.

Clause 5 - Consent to Use of Name & Image

I grant Football Talents Show the right to use my name, likeness, voice, and photo for publicity, marketing, sponsorship, and media coverage purposes related to the competition.

Clause 6 - Content Restrictions

I confirm that the submitted content does not contain any violence, offensive or pornographic material, incitement, or anything in violation of local or international laws.

Clause 7 - Parental Consent (for Minors)

If the participant is under 18 years of age, I, as the legal parent/guardian, confirm that I have read and fully accept these terms and conditions and assume all legal responsibility for my child's participation.

Clause 8 - Right to Remove or Ban Content

I acknowledge that Football Talents Show reserves the full right to remove, block, or disqualify any content or participant at any time, without prior notice, if any terms are breached.

Clause 9 - Amendments

I accept that Football Talents Show may amend these terms and conditions at any time if deemed necessary for the benefit and fairness of the competition.

Clause 10 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This memorandum is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Jordan & Bahrain (or another competent jurisdiction specified by the license holder). Any dispute arising shall be resolved in the competent Bahraini courts or the designated jurisdiction.
